These Terms of Service govern your use of the OXSTRIP website (oxstrip.com) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
OXSTRIP nasal strips are mechanical nasal dilators intended for external use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary.
The First Drop is a pre-order. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Orders ship within 3-4 weeks. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes for EU customers. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
OXSTRIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
